Training Needs Assessment

CEN offers an array of programs delivered in several different formats (degree, non-degree, online, onsite, in China or abroad). Our education training experts will work through the whole process of "training needs analysis" and "program design/choice" together with you or your team. Once the program laid out by our education training experts is approved, it is implemented and delivered. At the end of the program delivery a thorough evaluation will be conducted and any issues requiring follow-up or consulting services will be supported by our education training experts and consultants who possess the expertise and skills in the designated area.
